i'd like to know if i can reward my best customers by giving a cash prize as a promotional program for my media publishing business. i'm interested in doing a promo for my best 12 customers for the month by drawing numbers (1 to 12) for like one of the upcoming boxing matches and giving the prize to the one who drew the correct round. is this legal? what about customers from out of state who frequent my website? please help. if this is not legal could you offer any guidance as to what promos would be legal?
