I am a sole proprietor and my husband and I are planning on going into business together, I have checked on LP,LLP,LLC etc. and find that it would probably be just as easy and about the same if we just formed a general partnership. If one of us does something wrong our personal assets will be at risk no matter what, unless we form an S-corp. Am I right on this?
