What is the name of your state? California
I have a business and a friend of mine use to frequent at no charge, now we had a falling out and she continues to come without paying..i no longer want her coming to my business paying or not, can i legally not allow her come at my place of business?

My response:

Yes, of course you can. And, when she says, "Why"?, you tell her she's ugly and scaring away PAYING customers!

Just kick her ass out.
