My husband currently works for a media giant and would like to start his own business. He currently sells advertising for a local newspaper and would like to start his own business doing advertising on the web. If he sells any of this advertising on the web to his current customers can we be sued? He did not sign any type of non-compete agreement and would be leaving his current position to do this.
Any advise would be great.
