I purchased a vehicle and am having buyers remorse. The dealership lied to me. I have had the car for 1 week, and the financing hasn't gone through yet. Is there any way to get out of the contract? I live in Oregon.
Thanks,
:(

My response:

Well, sure. If they are unable to finance you, then the car is subject to Reposession. That would definately get you out of the contract. However, the dealership is entitled to a reasonable amount of time (30 days) to get you financed so they can get their money.
