If someone in thi forum has the answer to this question, I would greatly appreciate your advise. How can a non-profit corporation (not very large, but with property) change the name of the organization or change the public business name of the organization? Can the corporation dba another name? Does the TAX ID number ave to be changed? Is it necessary to dissolve the corporation and establish another corporation under the new name or is there a way to do this without dissolving the corporation?
