We, ex. officers, end of our term in April. We're in a process of transferring documents to newly elected officers. Here are our concerns:
1. Since we're a small association, we don't have any policies regarding due loyality or code of ethics.
2. Newly elected official have strong affiliation with another organization which have concerns to some members. And good % of members have concern over handed-over document which may have sensitive info.
3. The newly elected officers are threatning us foe legal action for not providing info in timely manner.
Can you provide some suggestion for the volunteer workers.
