| | | Closing One Business and Starting A New One
What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania
I closed my retail business in August 2008, which I owned myself as an LLC. I want to open a new business with a partner. It will be primarily wholesale but some retail is possible. The new business will sell one of the product lines I carried in my retail store. Is there any problem opening this new business?
