Hi there,
I have a family run business and the Landlord has sent us a letter stating that in 10 Days they are going to Evict us. We have not paid rent for 7 weeks. The business is turning around and after having a bad few months we are back on track paying our weekly payment plan to them but they are still not happy. How do I delay the time before we have an official eviction notice. Also what can they do with our business Inventory, Fixtures & Fittings?
