Hi friends!
I came to know that non-residents can start business in USA and earn salary also throgh it if they get work visa. My question is if they don't get work visa and elect to employ U.S. citizens - what are the safeguards business owners should take? What are the possible questions INS may ask them to prove that they are only business owners and not working without visa. Any help is highly appreciated
