We have formed a co-op internet mall and are interested in running contests to promote the mall and our individual stores. We were wondering what we could require for entry into our contests i.e.; a completed survey that becomes the basis for a mailing list or an actual sale from a participating merchant to be eligible? What kind of disclaimers do we need? Thanks for your help.
