Is a contract legally binding if you have never received a signed copy of the contract and believe other items may have been added after you signed?

Yes. The contract is binding AS YOU SIGNED IT. The fact that you failed to get a copy of the contract when you signed it, does not affect its validity.

Get a copy of the contract. Read it thoroughly. If you believe there are changes made AFTER your signature, contact the other party (in writing, send certified). Detail the changes you believe have been made without your prior approval.

And for your own sake, in the future:
1) READ every contract or lease in its entirety!
2) Do NOT sign any contract or lease that contains blank spaces! (Draw a line through them!)
3) ALWAYS get a copy of any contract or lease when you sign it!
