What is the name of your state? ohio

I use to be director of IT for a larger non-profit. I signed all but the original contracts for one of my vendors. It was a contract that shared the costs of revenue for a product we developed with their custom software. Since my departure from the organization my ex-boss is stating i did not have the 'authority' to sign the contract and she is going to sue my vendor. Can she do that? And could there be any ramification for me, eventhough it is the industry standard in the IT world?

Thanks.
