Hi,
I want to create and sell a program that will get search results from major search engines and display them on the website of a purchaser. Do you know if I can be held liable for copyright infringement if buyers of the program do not make licensing arrangements with the search engine providers? If I can be held liable for copyright infringement (or any other offense, civil or criminal) what could be the penalties?
