I recently started a small home based business making and selling t shirts (retail and wholesale). I am wondering about some of the logos I am considering using on my t shirts. For instance, say I want to put the phrase "Vikings" on a t shirt. Am I infringing on a trademark/copyright issue with the Minnesota Vikings? Where do you draw the line. Thanks.
