Quick question about corporate minutes updating.
I have to update my corp minutes and am hoping to do it myself since I have read that it's very simple and a matter of filling out a form and stamping.
My question is - regarding the "attending" part - although I am incorporated I am the sole owner and employee of this business. There are no others. How do I fill in attending meeting when it's just me?
Any ideas?
