What is the name of your state? Delaware

I wanted to know is it legal to use stock certificates as collateral in the state of delaware? I own a corporation which sells wholesale products, and I am trying to raise start up capitol, I own all the shares in my company. So I am trying to find out if I can use the stock I own as collateral?
