Someone emailed me a contract and I sent back an email agreeing to the contract. We then discussed the contract and agreed to everything in a verbal contract at my home.
We live in different counties. She has now broken the contract. Which county do I file small claims in?

Thank you

My response:

Unless jurisdiction is mentioned in the contract, such breach of contract lawsuit would be filed in the county where the contract was to be, or was, performed.
