Hi every one, thank you for taking the time to answer and or view my questions and concerns.
Basically I want to turn the present service I am providing into a business, however I am a little confused as to which route I should take, non-profit, DBA, LLC etc.
What I do is rent rooms out of my home to students. It started off by renting just rooms and now its bed space. I'm buying another house so I may continue this service which by the way has become a full time job. Now I must find the way to NOT be thrown in prison for making this $. Please can any one help me, and if you need a bed in California just stop by.
