I just found out through the County Assessor's office name search, that my intended DBA, which describe my community "my town name and the word Country" may be a problem. There are other names wich have my town name and the word Country and something like Bake Shop". Am I going to be in trouble for registering my town name with the word Country? I got the domain all right, not problems there. The intent is to build an online community but I intend to profit from it as I will be doing quite a lot of work.
Please help ASAP!
