What is the name of your state? - Delaware / Millsboro (Sussex County)

I have been doing flea markets, consignment shops and ebay for years...finally have a store of my own to display product, but because of the re-sale of items, i'm worried I might miss something.

I deal in toys, new and old. Also video games, computers, and general merchandise (whatever i can resell basically). My store is also going to operate as a pawn shop... So far from reading Delaware regulations I need... Most the information I am using is from Chapter 284, ammeding Chapter 23 of Title 24 approved earlier this year... (http://www.state.de.us/research/sessionlaws/ga143/chp284.shtml)

Retail - Misc Business License (new items bought from wholesale to sell retail)
Second Hand Licnese from State Police (items purchsed at auctions to sell in shop)
PawnBroker License from State Police (for pawn shop activities)
Fire Insurance $50,000 (of inventory and items pledged)
Bond Insurance $1,000 (for legal purposes)

To START the business, anything else needed??? THanks in advance!!!
