What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? I moved from Fl to CA in 2003
I have an S Corp in Florida since 2002. I qualify to be a 501(c) in CA and want to dissolve the FL corp and incorporate in CA. Is it that simple, or do I need to identify the old corp in any way when I file to incorporate in CA. The corp doesn't owe money, should be straightforward. Thanks, Gail.
