| | | dissolving a general partnership
What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona
I have had a general partnership for five years, but about two years ago my partner pretty much abandoned the company and he has left the state. I have all the equipment and would like to dissolve my partnership and start a new LLC. I 'm not sure if I can even contact my business partner and i can't find the partnership agreement. and noticed it says the registration expires on 10/21/08. Does this make a difference? How can I go about dissolving this partnership? |
