Dissolving a LLC

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? OREGON


I would like to dissolve my single member LLC, but the only forms I can find online are those - "we'll help you file" - packages.

Anyone have info where I can get ahold of the appropriate forms?

You file form 152 which covers both amendments of the articles of organizations as well as dissolution of the LLC. The easiest way to find it is to go to Oregon Limited Liability Company :: LLC Center and click on the form. It is a fill-in pdf form. The filing fee is $60.

Make sure you "wind up" the Corp before "dissolving" it. If you don't understand the difference, see an attorney before taking any action.
