| I want to start an LLC with two other people. We want the distribution of operating profits to be different than each person's share equity. For example: A and B each have 46% of the shares and C has 8%, but A get 50% of the operating profits and B gets 25% of the operating profits. Is this allowed for an LLC? Can you provide a reference so we can see how this should be written in legal terms? I forgot to add we are in South Carolina. [Edited by Bob H on 01-16-2001 at 08:26 AM] |
