What is the name of your state? New York

I have a new corporation selling hobbygoods on the internet. If my corporate name is "ABC Corp" and my internet name is "United ABC" do I need a d/b/a? Do I need a trademark? What if I get multiple websites selling different goods under the same corporation, do I then need multiple d/b/a's?
The attorney who did my incorporation was not sure.

Thanks for any advice.
