I am starting a Web Design business and need to know if and what licenses I need to start it. I assume it will be a home-based business, but I do travel from time to time and will be working from my laptop wherever I am. So I'm not sure if that would be considered a "home-based" business or not?
Secondly, I will not be conducting any business physically, it is all done online. Also, I will not be selling any actual "products," I will only be selling my idea/designs. I've done quite a bit of searching online, but there doesn't seem to be much information on this specific type of business. What little bit of information I have found, people aren't really sure about it, or are not in Florida. Can anyone help me out?
