We are starting a wine consulting business. We would like to include the service of purchasing wine for personal clients as well as for restaurants, but we would only charge a contracted fee for the service and not charge any mark up on the wine purchased for the customer - exact purchase, tax, shipping cost would be directly passed on to the final consumer. Do we need a liquor license in NJ to do this?
