Domain Registration Changes

We are two companies - BTI International (Bulgaria) and Nomeus (Portigal). We have two web sites with domains registered by Network Solutions Inc. Because of hosting service changes, we requested more than month and a half ago a domain registration change in order to have our two domains redirected to our new host. We have sent all required documents many times both by fax and by e-mail, but our request is still not processed. We are losing much many every day because our sites no longer function. We want to start legal proceedings against Network Solutions and make them pay for the material losts they have caused pur comapnies. We need some advice how to proceed. Dealing with Network Solutions is like dealing with the most unresponsive, arrogant and faceless bureaucracy you can imagine. Write to their CEO and explain what the situation is. It now is a public company so some information about it is available from the US SEC or
