Recently me and and friend of mine have decided to start up a door to door trash pickup service for apartment complexes. We will be charging the tenants directly and then will be paying a % to the apartment manager. Besides all the forms and IRS stuff to fill out, can any think of any other legality issues that may prevent this business from working?
