Duty between partners

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Virginia

This question pertains to a general business partnership. What is the standard of proof a partner must meet in order to hold his co-partner liable for breaching his fiduciary duty?

Clear and convincing evidence?

Preponderance of the evidence?

Something else? I can't seem to find the answer anywhere!
