We bagan an independent educational evaluation with a professor from our local college. He is beingincresingly unprofessional and has tacked on charges withot putting anything in writing. We feel the quality of our time with him has been poor. We have given him $860. for teacher consultation and testing time. He now wants 140 for additional undocumented time in teacher consultation before he begins his report. Then he wants 400. to write the report. Then, he wants us to sit and review the report for 2 hours (at 80. an hour). How can we stop here and recover our losses? I am an educator and could use the test booklets for information, but do not want him to proceed with this testing. He keeps stating "his policy" but nothing is in writing!
