What is the name of your state? IL
I am the President/Owner of an S-Corp, and due to lack of business and profits, wish to end/close down the business and it's name in all facets. Is there any paperwork that must be filed to legally affirm that the business has been dissolved? What happens to outstanding debt (if any) after the dissolution?
