Entering into contractswith certain suppliers

I plan to open a new shopping mall on the 1 Sept. 2009.

1. Bongiwe sells 5 000 promotional childrens hats to me. She undertakes to deliver them on the the 29 August . On the date she delivers only 3000 hats. They are too big to be worn by children.
