What is the name of your state? PA
I am in the process of raising capital from accredited investors (friends and family). The structure i have chosen is an LLC, with me being the manager / member. Must I establish an Escrow account to accept capital until the entire amount is raised? Can't I just open a LLC bank account? If I have to eststablish an escrow account, what is the average cost? :rolleyes:
