We hold a judgement in NY against an ex-partner for a little over one million dollars.

Approximately 40,000 shares of a bank stock were held in escrow pending the outcome of the case.

While attempting to have the stock released to us, the ex-partner reported 10,000 shares lost, and had them re-issued to himself (value, about $200,000).

We expect to get proof from the stock transfer agent today in the form of his request for replacement of the shares.

The ex-partner lives in NJ.

Can we have him arrested? How?

The judgement is not perfected in NJ.

thanks.
