Ex has it all

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida
My British ex-husband and myself (also British) bought a business together (50/50 ownership) when we moved to the USA in 2003. We have since divorced, but the business was not mentioned in the divorce proceedings as my ex always said he would buy my share of it, and I trusted him to do this. Since I left him in April 2006 I have not received anything from the business apart from having my cell phone paid; but this he has since stopped doing. Is there any way I can get some money from him? I know the business doesn't make much, but he always promised me money, and has never given me anything. He has the business, and draws a salary from it. Am I entitled to anything? We sold our house in the UK to finance our move here, but now he seems to have ended up with everything. Is there anything I can do? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
