Failed Banking Institutions

Would like to know the status of the First National Bank of Marin, San Raphael, California? Unable to be reached by telephone. Received strange phone call approving me for VISA with them, when I already have a VISA with them. This is the second time this has happened within a year. What should I do and how do I report. News flashes have been running rampard this week regarding VISA scams. Please advise. Thanks.

WIERD. First National Bank of Marin IS listed in the Marin County CA Phone book BUT the listed number is for a NEVADA area code, 702-269-1100.

You can always call the Comptoller of the Currency about National Banks.
