Please answer this question, can a lawfirm, retained by the state of ohio,atty.generals office, for delenqent sales tax,collections,get a credit report on the individual, without their approval, and also on a family member that has no involvement in these proceedings.who was 8 years old when this occurred,this has also injured my son now by reducing his abilities to get school loans , especially on a timely bassis.
