I am filling out form x201, and i don't understand what i should put in the blank field where it says "I FURTHER CERTIFY that i am the successor in interest to (blank)
the person or persons heretofore using such name to carry on or conduct or transact business. (blank) is this paragraph asking me if there will be any successors.
