What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

We are in the process of forming a Church Based Christian organization. Our function is to provide assistance to the poor in our area through counseling, coaching, education and of course worship services. We will charge no fees for services and rely on what ever donations we receive.

There are no salary employees of the organization.

We have bylaws and an EIN. Reading form IRS form 1023 for non profit recognition any organization within our scope receiving a gross income of less than 5,000 /yr is automatically tax exempt and does not need to file any paper work to the IRS. Our projected income will be less than 2500/ yr.

Because of our small size and very limited resources we choose not to incorporate at this time.

With this information, what else do we need to do if anything?

Thank you,

Dan
