I want to form an LLC for Real Estate investment purposes. I would be the sole member, Will my wife automatically become a member?
When property is purchased under the LLC's name will she have to sign off like any other personal property purchase. Or If we divorce is the business hers as well.
Basically if starting a business now during uncertain marriage, what is the best business option to select to protect the business and assets.
