What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FL

Do I need an Attorney to do this or can I trust the myriad of websites that claim they will set one up for me?

Even though I'm in Florida, would I be better off forming the LLC in another state such as Nevada?

I already own one rental property (which my previous tenant badly destroyed). How do I transfer it from my name to the LLC?

Thank you very much in advance!

Since this is a business venture in a fairly high risk venture, you really REALLY need to establish a relationship with a local attorney. Far too many variables to rely on an online legal advice site.
