    Question

In 1998 franchisor said it was ok to sell products over the internet.
They collected royalties on these purchases.
Now they want me to stop.
They want to put up their own website and
    stop me.
I was up front from the beginning and they
even visited operations during past two years.
They have even asked for advice on setting up their site.
    Can they do this?

It depends on whether your net operations can be covered by your original franchise agreement, or if you were operating under an informal license to run the net enterprise until the company took it over. Answering this question will require detailed reading of the franchse agreement & state law. Go hire a corporate attorney who handles franchise law.

This is not legal advice and you are not my client. Double check everything with your own attorney and your state's laws.
