What is the name of your state? Iowa
Restaurant Franchisor had always provided yearly profit and loss information for all franchisees and company stores in the system without listing the name or location of the stores. After a down year last year, they now are not providing the sales figures with the rest of the information(labor cost etc). This limits tremendously understanding the health of the system and making any sense of the rest of the numbers. Is there any legal obligation of a franchisor to provide this information?
Thanks in advance.

**A: not unless it is required under the franchise agreement.
