What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Tennessee

How is a corporation funded? Or I put money into the corporate account, now what paperwork needs to be done to make the paper trail?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Simple answer, you put it in the corporate account. Better answer, read a book. There are many, many issues more important and, if you can't answer this one, I'm not sure it's time to start with a corporation.
