Getting Out of a Corporation

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NH
I have a 33.33% ownership in a business orperating as a corporation with two partners also having 33.33% ownership. Can they force me out of the corporation with out my consent or must there be some type of buy out agreeable by all parties?

**A: they can force you out as an officer/director but you remain a shareholder.

If I receive a pay check from the corporation how does being removed as an officer affect that?
