To whom it may concern:
My ex business partner and co-owner of a firm here in miami owe me still a referal fee of 7.5% over 2 small orders that were placed last year with their company. The amount owed is aproximately US$ 8,000 and I have received US$ 2,500 last year but have a hard time collecting the remaining US$ 5,500.00.
Can I gear my collection efforts towards the LLC and personally towards my ex business partner at the same time???? Also can I individually report my ex business partner to the 3 credit report agencies for non-payment??? I feel that this will be the only tool I have in order to get finally paid.
I very much appreciate any help you can assist me with.
