I'm quiting my job and starting my own buisness and doing the same thing.
If i were to take a couple of my clients with me. would there be legal actions in there. I do lawn service... thanks for looking

In general, the answer should be no, unless you've signed a non-compete agreement with your employer. You should speak with a local attorney to confirm, however.
