What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? ny hello to all, i like to resell merchandise mainly electronics, from my home i sell from my home and advertse through craigs list i do this on side to help get somee xtra moneys . i am unemployed turning big 50 in nov. currently receiving ssi and food stamps, medicade this is my only income s.s.i. now should i incorperate to protect my small income from being sewed for any reason i sell something broken/ not working properly, defect. by accident. thank you in for all who replys
